When you visit your WineDrive listed producer, you will be invited to taste some of the wines on offer. This is not so you can provide a ‘professional’ critique. It is simply to make sure you are buying wines that are to your particular taste. WineDrive’s Premier pages give all the information you need to be able to taste and analyse the wine like an expert, but always remember that as a consumer, the object of tasting is to find the wines that you like.
We don't make specific recommendations - because no two palates are the same, we believe only you can taste and choose the wines you will like.
TASTING AND DRIVING
Wine tasting does not
require you to swallow, so you can enjoy your holiday, taste the wines and still
be safe on the road. But if you do intend drinking, make sure at least one non-drinker
is available to drive. The drink driving laws in France are strictly enforced.
