<h1 class="boldredBIG">Have your favourite wine delivered to Calais </h1>

<p><span class="boldredBIG"><img src="../graphics/car.gif" width="154" height="129" hspace="5" vspace="5" align="right"></span>If you already have a favourite vineyard which is not on our lists, just ask them to ship your wine to our collection point at Calais and you can collect it at your leisure - free of UK taxes. </p>
<p>Just tell us what you have ordered and we let you know when your wine is ready for collection. It's as simple as that! </p>
<p>You pay the vineyard and there is a small storage charge when you collect your wine. Otherwise, there are no margins or mark-ups - see Terms below.</p>

<p class="smalltext">You can bring wine back to the UK from France without paying UK Duty only if it is for your personal consumption and you carry it with you. Although there is no legal limit to quantity, HM Customs and Excise guidelines suggest a maximum of 120 bottles per traveling person. If you are buying a very large quantity, perhaps for a party or wedding, you may be asked to provide proof that the wine is for your personal use. </p>
<P><span class="Redbold">Terms:</span><br>
<span class="smalltext">Only WineDrive members can use this service.<br>
Buyer agrees to pay collection point a handling charge of €0.50 (half Euro) per bottle payable on collection.<br>
Collection must be within 30 days of notification that your wine is in Calais. Any shipments not collected within 30 days will be subject to an additional handling charge of €0.50 per bottle per week or part thereof, payable on collection.<br>
Buyer must complete and submit the on-line shipment notification form available in Premier Pages. <br>
Our Calais collection point will only accept shipments from WineDrive listed vineyards and which are confirmed by buyer's emailed form.<br>
</span><span class="smalltext">Vineyard prices include French taxes.<br>
Contract to buy wine is between the buyer and the vineyard or vineyards and the buyer pays vineyard or vineyards for all wine purchased. <br>
Winedrive does not hold any information regarding shipments from vineyards. All inquiries regarding delivery must therefore be directed to the vineyards concerned.<br>
Winedrive Ltd, the collection point and their associates do not accept any responsibility whatsoever in relation to any claims regarding wine purchased from vineyards. </span></P>
